here?
"I have always been the go-to person for advice with my family and friends. Helping others comes naturally to me and doesn’t feel like a job. I am passionate about guiding others to become the best version of themselves while working through life’s challenges. "
Why do I do what
I do?
"My interest in the mental health field has been present for as long as I can remember, which led to my undergraduate degree in psychology. After experiencing counseling myself from the patient’s view, it made me want to sit on the other side to help others the way it has helped me."
Who am I outside the
office?
"Originally from Northern Virginia, I now live in Virginia Beach with my wonderful husband and our two dogs. I spend most of my time with family or friends and love to workout. I feel most at peace being outside, whether that involves walking the dogs, going to the beach, or taking a hike."
