You will receive a confirmation email with patient portal login username & password.
REVIEW NEW PATIENT DOCUMENTS

It is important to try to complete this as early as possible, to help your counselor be prepared for your first session.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR FIRST SESSION

A code for the front door is provided in the emails & via text 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Once you enter, make yourself at home in the Lobby.

Help yourself to refreshments in the kitchenette.

Sit wherever you would like. Your counselor will let you know once they are ready to begin your session.
YOUR FIRST SESSION

Especially if you've never been to counseling before, coming to your first session can be quite nerve wracking. That's normal and completely fine...it will pass.

Once you're settled in, your therapist will add a picture of your Photo ID to your online chart, review confidentiality, and discuss any questions you might have.

After that, it's up to you to decide how things will go. You might be ready to delve right into sharing what's brought you to therapy, or you might need to take your time. We will follow your pace.
