How did I get
here?
"The human condition includes both joy and pain. While painful life experiences led me to seek out my own counseling, the joy and resolution of healing led me to pursue the field of counseling as a profession. The healing journey is lifelong and dynamic. I enjoy walking with people through their pain toward healing, self discovery, and growth."

I do?
"It is my nature to view people's struggles with empathy, compassion, & belief in a person’s ability to grow & change.Healing, growth, & change is a way of life. Being present for others during their journey towards healing & wholeness is a privilege. It is a blessing to help others resolve hurts, embrace change, & develop inner resources to face life's challenges. I am passionate about encouraging treatment that integrates body, mind, and spirit during the healing process."
Who am I outside the
office?
"I am an encourager and helper, not only to my patients, but also to a wonderful husband of almost 30 years, 3 lively, smart & beautiful young adult/teen children, 2 orange tabby cats who act more like dogs, and hopefully a future therapy dog. I enjoy cooking & sharing delicious meals with friends & family. I love the beach, biking, tennis, walking, & yoga. I believe spirituality is an important part of life. My Christian faith is the anchor of my life. Whatever your beliefs and practices may be, I will strive to provide help and promote healing in your life!"
