What is therapy?
The process of therapy involves talking about our thoughts, emotions, and our internal states, but it is so much more than that.
Whatever you wish to call it—"counseling," "psychotherapy," or just "therapy"— these are all words for the same thing: allowing an expert into our inner worlds to help us rearrange, find more balance, and see ourselves and the world we live in from a new perspective.
